Click here to Join Team Gold is one of the largest, and strongest armies in Club Penguin. I know what you're thinking, "Why in the world would Club Penguin need an army?" My question is, why wouldn't they? Armies aren't here to fight off major hackers or threats towards Club Penguin, but we still do for the fun of it. Isn't that the meaning of Club Penguin? Anyways, Team Gold was created by Saint Spice on March 9th, 2009. Our job is to defend our nation and keep our servers a safe place. We're not going to lie and say everything we do is to protect Club Penguin, but it mostly turns out that way. Now it's time for you to decide, either with us or against us. Join us on our quest to become the 1st largest army today. Let the games begin...

  • About Tj Crooks 45

Tj Crooks45Yo I'm Tj, one of the retired leaders of Team Gold. I joined Club Penguin in September of 2007. The first server I ever went on was Walrus (our former capital). For the first year and 3 months or so I wasn't involved in Club Penguin armies. Then, one day I went on Walrus and saw a penguin called "Spice Ice116" and some other penguins saying "SEARCH CLUBPENGUIN TEAM GOLD" so I searched it and went to the chat. When I first joined Team Gold, I hated it. But as I went on the chat more and more I started to like Team Gold. I became very active and eventually became Leader. Oh and I don't know why Spice put that pic there...anyways if you haven't met me then your just inactive :P

Let's All Take A Walk Back Into Reality, Shall We?

Molly: I completely agree with this post. Nicely put, Liva 😀

I just had a chat with the Waffle-guy on chat today(sorry, I don’t know his name XD) and we were discussing why he thinks Spice is stupid. He says Spice bans for no reason, A;DLFJK A;LFJAD;LF !

Sorry, but I am just totally fed up with Team Gold right now. People cuss, spam, and do tons of pointless things on chat then get banned and everyone yells at whoever banned then as if they banned them for no reason. They get angry if they break the rules and get punished.

Now I’m gonna quote Kid Nation again here by saying “Ya’ll are learning a lesson now that you probably should of learned in pre-school” which is:

Respect and that breaking the rules means consequences.

On the respect topic, you guys really need to respect the leaders, and, overall, each other. Respecting someone doesn’t mean you have to do everything they say(which you should do anyway), but just don’t be rude. The point of CP armies is to have fun. Remember that that’s the point of all of this. I understand that on the internet, you’ll say and do things that you would never say to someone in real life. Stop it. Stop yelling and cussing at each other, stop criticizing the leaders without any evidence to back it up. That’s another thing I’ve got to discuss. Criticizing the leaders without any evidence to back it up. Saying “Spice is stupid” isn’t a statement, it’s just a sentence. Saying “Spice is stupid because he doesn’t ban people who should be banned” makes actual sense and could be true. If you’re going to make a bold statement like that, have a decent reason for saying it.

And onto consequences. Everyone’s getting mad because they’re saying we’re banning people for no reason…We ALWAYS have a reason, just because on xat it says “no reason” we still have a reason. If we don’t punish people then they’ll keep doing the offense until TG just falls, we have to punish people to demonstrate to people(new people, especially) that we want to enforce the rules. Since obviously saying what I just said isn’t working since everyone ignores it, I’m gonna do an analogy(or a simile, or a metaphor, I get them all confused). What if in real life someone robbed a bank and the police caught them? What would happen if the police let them go? All other robbers would see that they wouldn’t get punished and start robbing plus the robber that wasn’t punished would continue robbing. But, let’s say he let him go but 2 weeks later he arrested other robbers, they would be pretty upset don’t you think? That’s what’s going on in TG now, we’ve started enforcing the rules more and you guys aren’t used to it.

The conclusion? Follow the rules, respect the leaders and each other, and have fun while following the rules.
